DATA ANALYST – Great Voyage Inc. seeks highly qualified individual to fill professional position of Data Analyst in Nashua, New Hampshire worksite.  Duties include: Record, process, and analyze data from machine testing stage, debugging stage, and programming stage, etc. and provide frequent data analytical reports to visualize, interpret, and report data findings to business management team and stakeholders and research and development team; Collaborate with team members to collect data, and apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning skills and knowledge to extract and analyze information from datasets; Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components by transforming raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software and other technologies; Utilize various database computer software and technologies, including Python, Excel, Tableau, and R; Use data analysis and business intelligence to interpret trends to support our company’s business activity; Assist in evaluation of database management systems; Assist company to create best practices for data mining, analysis, and visualization reports; Create understandable business presentations and reports based on data conclusions and finding, and present conclusions and recommendations at business meetings with management and executives to determine objectives for improvement; Minimum requirements: (1) Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study, or in any suitable field of study or combination of education substantially related to Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study, or its U.S. or foreign educational equivalent; (2) Strong knowledge of data and statistical visualization, cleaning, mining, and warehousing; (3) Strong knowledge to quickly construct tools or models from large datasets; (4) Strong knowledge of database queries and data science technologies, database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards, including but not limited to SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, MATLAB, statistical software packages, and programming languages. The above technologies/skills may be gained during academic studies. Salary is $90,000 per year.  40 hour work week (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM).
